Tsikoudia (arrack)

The traditional Arrack cauldron in which we produce our Tsikoudia has been the same sine 1890.

There are three different kinds of Tsikoudia:
1. The one of 38% alcohol has a more fruity and delicate taste.
2. The one of 45% alcohol is being stored in oaken barrels for about six months before its bottling and has a special scent and taste.
3. The one that is mixed with honey (a current drinking trend) and is best consumed warm in winter (to fight off colds), or cold during summer for a cool taste.
All the kinds of our Tsikoudia do not include methyl alcohol, since we distinguish the grapes from the stems that produce this substance.

You can buy Tsikoudia from the stores in our Georgioupolis.
